Stage 1-2
Choose stages 1 through 2 if you are not in shape, have not regulary exercised in over 2 years, or if you need to loose more than 40 pounds.
Stage 3
Choose stage 3 if you are in fair or reasonable shape, and were once fit but have let it go, or would like to loose less than 40 pounds.
Stage 4-5
Choose stages 4 through 5 if you currently exercise at least 2 times per week, or feel fit but would like to improve your fitness level, the way you look, and/or have specific objectives.
