KICKBOXING:

Our kickboxing classes focus on full body training that will help you tone up, loose weight, strengthen your abs and have fun, all the while keeping within proper technique and form.

Our instructional classes are for those who wish to be more focused in their training and learn the fundamentals and skills necessary to compete in the ring.

MMA TRAINING:

A combat sport that emphasizes methods of combat including striking (kicking, punching), throwing (body throws, joint-lock throws, unbalance throws), restraining (pinning, strangulating, ground grappling, wrestling), with free sparring being an important training method. The object is generally to use a variety of grappling holds to advance in positioning, and to finally obtain a submission hold to defeat the other opponent
